Jaco van der Walt added 11 points as the Golden Lions defeated the Griffons 36-20 in Welkom on Friday, while the EP Kings and Leopards XV also won.
Griquas returned to winning ways with a 27-24 victory over the Sharks XV, while the EP Kings, WP, SWD, Leopards, Valke and Blue Bulls all won.
Western Province ended Griquas’ unbeaten run in the Vodacom Cup with a 21-14 win in Kimberley, while the Sharks XV, SWD, Griffons and Golden Lions also won.
The Pumas beat the Valke 28-22 in Nelspruit on Friday, while the Free State XV were also victorious.
