- 08 Jan 2014
A number of Springboks will take on the Clifton Beach lifeguards on Sunday, 19 January, in a variety of events.
The Boks will challenge the lifeguards at touch rugby, flag contests and tug of war on Clifton Fourth Beach.
‘Most Capetonians will remember the great tradition behind this challenge,’ said Stormers coach Allister Coetzee. ‘It’s a wonderful opportunity to renew this tradition and create some friendly rivalry between the two teams.’
Attendees can also play touch rugby, watch musical performances and participate in other activities on the day.
