Lions wing Ruan Combrinck has signed a deal that will keep him in Johannesburg until the end of the 2018 season. 

Combrinck joined the Lions in 2012 under then coach John Mitchell, and has become a stalwart in the team over the past four years.

He has played the full 80 minutes of the Lions' last 11 games.
