Cronjé, Helberg start for Lions

The Lions have made two forced changes for the second leg of the Super Rugby promotion-relegation play-offs.
Ross Cronjé starts at scrumhalf as Viaan van der Watt is unavailable due to injury. Coach Johan Ackermann has also been forced to bring Deon Helberg on to the wing in the place of the injured Deon van Rensburg
The Kings need to win Saturday's game in Johannesburg by eight points or more in order to retain their place in the Super Rugby competition. The Lions won last week's clash in Port Elizabeth 26-19.
