Jonathan Kaplan has been appointed referee for the Currie Cup final between Western Province and the Sharks at Newlands.
Kaplan, who will retire as a professional referee at the end of the season, will take charge of his sixth Currie Cup final in his last appearance on the field.
He also took charge of the 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009 finals.
