Lambie still sidelined

Pat Lambie is still not ready to train nearly two months after sustaining a concussion against Ireland.

Lambie left the field at Newlands on 11 June following a late hit from Ireland No 8 CJ Stander, who was red-carded.

'Pat continues to show symptoms of concussion and could not start training,' said Sharks team doctor Alan Kourie. 'He is being monitored on a daily basis and our medical staff are doing everything they can to get him back on the field.

'There is still uncertainty about when he will play again.'
