McCaw back for All Blacks
- 29 Jul 2013
Richie McCaw has returned to the All Blacks squad for their two-day training camp in Auckland.
After a seven-month sabbatical break from the game, McCaw featured off the bench for the Crusaders against the Reds and Chiefs during the Super Rugby qualifying play-off and semi-final respectively. The 32-year-old has now been included in the All Blacks' 30-man training squad this week.
Blues tighthead prop Charlie Faumuina has also been recalled after missing the latter part of Super Rugby and the June Tests against France because of a serious calf injury. No Chiefs players were included, due to Saturday's Super Rugby final against the Brumbies in Hamilton.
All Blacks coach Steve Hansen will name his final Rugby Championship squad on Sunday.
