Stormers flank Siya Kolisi and prop Frans Malherbe have been ruled out for three months due to injury.

Malherbe has a neck injury, while Kolisi sustained an ankle injury in the opening stages of the Stormers' quarter-final against the Chiefs at Newlands.

Meanwhile, flank Nizaam Carr's shoulder injury will be monitored by the medical staff, and at this stage he is expected to be out for two weeks.
