WP president’s kids support Saders
- 07 Apr 2013
The two daughters of WPRFU president Thelo Wakefield are both staunch supporters of the Crusaders and All Blacks.
Wakefield said last week that the bad behaviour of the Cape Crusaders is why Saru won't stage Springbok-All Blacks Tests at Newlands.
WP also launched an investigation into the violent incidents in the stands that plagued the Stormers-Crusaders match.
According to Rapport, the WP president admits that his daughters support the Crusaders and All Blacks, but that they understand the golden rule that you must behave when you go to rugby and that you go to enjoy it.

The Springboks must take the opportunity to expose Dan du Preez to Test rugby on the upcoming end-of-year tour, writes CRAIG LEWIS.
Halfbacks hurting Bok cause
The Springboks will challenge the All Blacks at the 2019 World Cup if they persist with a traditional approach that is enhanced by a tactically astute halfback pairing, writes JON CARDINELLI.
Du Preez twin power
Dan and Jean-Luc du Preez appear destined for lengthy careers in the green and gold, writes CRAIG LEWIS.
