The Vodacom Bulls have bolstered the pack with a Springbok No 8 and a fit-again Bok on the bench for the URC showdown with the Stormers at Loftus on Saturday.
Nizaam Carr, who has five Test caps to his name, has replaced Mpilo Gumede in the only change to the starting XV that beat the Lions last weekend.
“I just wanted some fresh legs,” explained coach Jake White. “I want to give Nizaam a bit of a start as well. He knows the Stormers too [having played for them before], so I’ve got a feeling he’ll probably put up a little bit extra as well.”

Meanwhile, Bok hooker Akker van der Merwe will make his return from injury off the bench.
Prop/hooker Jan-Hendrik Wessels has been given the No 17 jersey, with Alulutho Tshakweni falling out of the match 23.
