Beast Mtawarira and Jannie du Plessis will start for the Sharks against the Bulls at Kings Park on Saturday.
The Bok props were rested last week as part of the agreement with Saru.
Their return sees Lourens Adriaanse drop to the bench with Dale Chadwick and Matt Stevens falling out of the match 23 altogether.
In another change to the bench, SP Marais replaces Jack Wilson.
