Boks, new recruits power Bulls’ URC charge

The Bulls have unveiled a 55-man squad for their 2026-27 URC campaign.

Fifteen Springboks headline a squad that has been bolstered by several off-season signings.

Key additions include lethal backs Thaakir Abrahams (Munster) and Curwin Bosch (Brive), seasoned loose forward Hanro Liebenberg (Leicester Tigers), alongside exciting speedster Hakeem Kunene and prop Mawande Mdanda, both joining from the Sharks.

Former Pumas centre Sango Xamlashe, Griquas flyer Dylan Maart and Sharks playmaker Luan Giliomee round out the new arrivals, though Giliomee will feature following a delayed start to the season.

The Bulls kick off their campaign against Zebre in Parma next Saturday.
