The Province captain scored two tries on five carries for 52m, and made the kick that set up the match-winning score for winger Kobus van Wyk.

12 Jaco Taute
Taute executed 14 tackles, took the ball to the line five times for 45m, and laid on seven passes.

11 Courtnall Skosan
Wrong-footed eight defenders and cut the line three times on 10 runs for 104m.

10 Jacques-Louis Potgieter
The pivot put the Blue Bulls into prime position with 18 kicks from hand, and scored 15 points by way of three penalties and three conversions.

9 Nic Groom
Sent the Province backs away with 78 passes, and made two clean breaks on four carries for 105m, and put in 10 hits on defence.

8 Nizaam Carr
Gained 106m on 13 runs, beating three defenders along the way, and grounded 11 ball-carriers on defence.

7 Michael Rhodes
The blindside flanker collected one loose ball and made 12 tackles on defence. He also chipped in on attack by winning one lineout and making seven runs for 68m.

6 Deon Stegmann
The Bulls captain scored a try with one of four carries, collected one loose ball and brought down 16 opposition runners.

5 Marius Coetzer
The most prolific jumper this past weekend, Coetzer won eight lineouts, and also made eight tackles for one turnover and five carries for 34m.

4 Rynhardt Elstadt
The Province enforcer made six carries, beating two tacklers for a gain of 53m, went up for two balls in the lineout, and hammered 11 runners on defence.

3 Vincent Koch
The powerful Pumas scrummager also won two lineouts, made six hits on defence and two offloads on six carries for 45m on attack.

2 Scarra Ntubeni
Dived over for a try on one of three carries for 21m, made 10 tackles and fronted an efficient set piece.

1 Dean Greyling
Made five angry runs for 32m, scored a try and barrelled into five tackles.
