Peter de Villiers: SA refereeing standards ‘not good enough’

EP Elephants coach Peter de Villiers has taken to Twitter to again stress the need for improved refereeing standards in South Africa.

The former Bok coach came under some criticism for previously stating that the quality of South Africa’s domestic referees were not good enough. Undeterred, De Villiers has again tweeted his critique of refereeing standards, citing a controversial red card in the Varsity Cup.
