Duhan van der Merwe has regained the Scotland No 11 jersey for Sunday’s Test against Tonga at Murrayfield.
The South African wing started Scotland’s November campaign with a two-try performance against the USA but was dropped for the defeat to the All Blacks, before coming off the bench in last week’s loss to Argentina.
Coach Gregor Townsend has shaken things up again for their final fixture, making wholesale changes with centre Sione Tuipulotu the only player retained from the starting XV that lost to the Pumas.
Van der Merwe returns to a back three that features Kyle Rowe on the right wing and Tom Jordan at fullback.
Tuipulotu partners Ollie Smith in midfield, while Scotland will field a new halfback pairing with Fergus Burke earning a first home cap and Ben White returning from illness.

Up front, hooker George Turner will win his 50th cap, packing down between loosehead Rory Sutherland and tighthead Zander Fagerson, who is back from injury.
The second row has been completely reshuffled with Max Williamson and Alex Samuel starting together after bench roles earlier in the campaign.
The back row also gets a full refresh as Jamie Ritchie and Andy Onyeama-Christie make their first appearances of the autumn, with Magnus Bradbury named at No 8.
