South African rugby fans know that matchday is about more than the 80 minutes on the field.
It starts with the build-up. Who made the starting XV? How’s the opposition looking? What’s the prediction? Then come the jerseys, the banter and the familiar rush to get everything ready before kick-off.
And somewhere between the team talk and the first whistle, the snacks make their appearance.
Because whether it’s a big Test match, a weekend fixture or a game you simply don’t want to miss, having something delicious within arm’s reach is part of the experience.
Enter Henro Biscotato – a savoury biscuit with potato flavour that brings a satisfying crunch to the occasion.
Light, crispy and easy to enjoy, Biscotato combines the crunch of a biscuit with the savoury flavour of potato. It’s the kind of snack that fits comfortably into matchday: no preparation, no fuss and no need to pause the action.
Just open a pack and get snacking.
Biscotato is equally at home as a straight-from-the-pack snack or as part of a bigger spread. Serve it with your favourite dips, add it to a sharing platter or enjoy it alongside sandwiches and other matchday favourites.
Put a bowl in the middle of the room and watch how quickly it gets passed around.
And because rugby is best enjoyed together, an affordable snack that everyone can share makes perfect sense.
It’s a simple addition, but those simple additions are often what make matchday feel like match day. The food on the table. The noise when a try is scored. The debate over a referee’s decision. The half-time conversations. The final whistle – and, hopefully, the celebrations that follow.
For Henro, it’s all about creating happy moments for South African families.
Henro has been producing biscuits for local families since 1992, making Biscotato a natural fit for the everyday occasions that bring people together.
So, when the next match rolls around, make room on the table for something with a little extra crunch.
Because every team needs its supporters, every match needs its atmosphere and every great rugby viewing occasion deserves a snack that can keep up.
