Francois Hougaard has given some insight into the off-field preparations ahead of the Super Rugby season.

Hougaard posted a picture to Instagram during his post-training physio session.

‘Physio & rehab time. @KidMabothobotho making sure I'm on top form this season,’ wrote Hougaard alongside his picture.
