Gurthrö Steenkamp and Gert Muller will start for Toulouse against the Sharks on Thursday night.
The South African props will be joined in the front row by Kiwi hooker Corey Flynn.
Another New Zealander, Luke McAlister, slots in at flyhalf, with Fijian Timoci Matanavou on the wing.
This is the Sharks' final pre-season match before their opening Super Rugby fixture against the Kings in PE on 27 February.
