The rearranged fixtures will take place in between Round 14 and Round 15 on Saturday, February 25.
The Sharks will host Ulster in Durban at 2pm SA time and the Lions will welcome Glasgow Warriors to Johannesburg where kick-off time is slated for 4.10pm.
The two fixtures will come a week after the Sharks and Lions face off in a local derby at Ellis Park at 3pm.
The two rearranged URC fixtures will also take place on the same weekend as the third round of the Six Nations, when both Ireland and Scotland will be in action, meaning that Glasgow and Ulster will travel without their national team players.
