Sharks ran Kings ragged

The Sharks quite simply ran the Kings off their feet in a 53-0 win in Durban on Saturday, according to SARugbymag.co.za's Opta-powered stats.

In a completely one-sided encounter, the Sharks made 764 running metres to 361, beat 16 defenders to eight and executed 13 clean breaks to two.

Paul Jordaan was one of the individual catalysts for the Sharks’ victory, with the talented centre scoring a brace of tries, while also playing an assisting role in two others. He ended the match having made 128m.
