In total, Leo Cullen’s side will have 1522 caps in their starting lineup and a further 1088 on the bench, making them the most experienced provincial team to visit Loftus Versfeld.

Ringrose is back to play his first game from January, adding 117 senior club appearances and 58 Test caps of experience to the lineup, forming the centre partnership with 71-Test-capped Robbie Henshaw.

The rest of the starting XV remains unchanged from the side that beat rivals Ulster in the quarter-finals.

Leinster have also been boosted by the return of loose forward Jack Conan, who has been named on the bench.
