SARugbymag.co.za readers are convinced the Stormers are set to make a successful defence of their Vodacom United Rugby Championship title.

With almost half of the vote, the Stormers were the clear winners of the poll to determine which team readers believe are most likely to go all the way this season.

Ireland juggernauts Leinster, currently perched at the top of the table, received just 31% of the vote while the Sharks surfaced as the only other South African team with a perceived shot at the title as they won 14% of the vote.

It looks like it won’t be glory for the Vodacom Bulls or the Lions, as the team from Pretoria received 3% of the vote and the team from Johannesburg a measly 1%.

Although currently in third and looking strong, Ulster only received 1% of the vote, while sixth-placed Glasgow Warriors, level on log points with the Sharks, were given no chance of winning.
