The Lions have confirmed that Vincent and Emmanuel Tshituka will not travel with the team to Dublin for the fixture against Leinster due to issues with their travel documents.
The Tshituka brothers had initially been named in the 26-man Lions travelling squad for the Vodacom United Rugby Championship clash at the RDS Arena on Friday.
However, the Lions later on Monday confirmed in a statement that the two loose forwards will not be able to join the team in Dublin to face the eight-time champions.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances relating to their travel document requirements, brothers Vincent and Emmanuel Tshituka will no longer make the trip to Dublin for their team’s Vodacom United Rugby Championship fixture against Leinster on Friday, 25 February at the RDS Arena,” the statement read.
“The Tshitukas were previously named in the 26-man Emirates Lions travelling squad. Lunga Ncube will join the squad in Dublin as cover.”
