Makazole Mapimpi broke JP Pietersen’s Sharks try-scoring record with his match-winner against Edinburgh on Friday night.
Pietersen scored 39 tries in 137 Super Rugby appearances while Mapimpi crossed the line for the 40th time in his 88th top-flight appearance for the Sharks when he scored the walk-off try at Hive Stadium.
