World’s largest scrum

Twickenham had 1,008 people participate in the world’s largest-ever scrum, marking the day that tickets went on sale to the general public for the 2015 World Cup.

Among the participants, who beat the previous record of 946, were World Cup winners Piri Weepu, Lawrence Dallaglio and Will Greenwood, and Wales coach Warren Gatland.
