Kobus van Wyk, Jaco Taute and Rynhardt Elstadt have all reportedly signed for European clubs.
The 24-year-old Van Wyk will join French Top 14 club Bordeaux with immediate effect and is set to be replaced in Province's ranks by Blitzboks star Werner Kok.
Meanwhile, it is believed fullback Taute will also leave the union to join Irish province Munster after director of rugby Rassie Erasmus offered him a five-month contract, with the possibility of extending the deal if Taute stays fit and performs well.
Elstadt, who served as a utility forward for WP and the Stormers, is going to Toulouse, although details about his move remain unclear.
