Irish giants Leinster have reportedly tabled a multimillion-rand offer to sign double World Cup winner RG Snyman.
Munster on 27 November announced that the 28-year-old is set to end his four-year stay in Limerick, having not been able to offer him an extension on his current contract.
Reports in France suggested that the Springbok lock had accepted a deal to join Bath, while South African newspaper Rapport claimed that the Stormers were also hopeful of striking a deal with the ex-Bulls skyscraper.

In an interview with RugbyPass, former Wales skipper Sam Warburton suggested that Leinster should join the race to Snyman given the influence at the club of former Bok boss Jacques Nienaber, now senior coach.
The tug-of-war for Snyman’s signature now looks set for a few extra twists, as according to a report on RugbyPass, Leinster have made a play with a bid of €500,000 (R10 million) per season for the on-field enforcer.
