France have made three changes to their starting line-up for Sunday's Six Nations clash with Italy in Paris.
Stade Français fullback Hugo Bonneval will make his Test debut on the right wing in place of Maxime Médard, who has been dropped from the match-day squad.
Up front, Dimitri Szarzewski is rewarded for his game-changing break against England as he starts at hooker ahead of Benjamin Kayser.
In the second row, Yoann Maestri starts alongside skipper Pascal Papé as Alexandre Flanquart drops out of the squad and Sebastien Vahaamahina joins the bench.
There is one further change to the replacements as an extra backline player is added with Francois Trinh-Duc returning. The flyhalf fills the place vacated by injured loose forward Antoine Burban.
