The Springboks will be without the services of Marnitz Boshoff and Juan de Jongh for the first Test against Wales.

There were no new injury concerns to speak of following the Boks' victory over the World XV at the weekend, with those who played coming through unscathed.

Boshoff suffered a grade one ankle sprain in training last week, and the Springbok medical staff are hoping he'll be training again by the end of the week.

De Jongh is suffering with a severe chest infection and was admitted to hospital on Sunday. He should be discharged on Wednesday, but will play no part against Wales this weekend.
