Cheetahs hooker Joseph Dweba is set to complete his move to French club Bordeaux-Begles later this year.

In addition to the signing of Tonga tighthead prop Ben Tameifunafor next season, the French Top 14 club confirmed Dweba’s recruitment on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old enjoyed a standout 2019 season for the Cheetahs, and SARugbymag.co.za reliably understands that he was very much in the national picture this year.
