Following a highly competitive North-South Tournament, the schools rugby season steps up a gear with the start of the annual Easter Rugby Festivals across the country on Thursday.
The annual Easter Festivals at Kearsney, KES, St John’s and St Stithians will all get underway on Thursday, with some mouth-watering fixtures in store for supporters.
Hosts Kearsney will take on Dale College in the opener of a festival that this year features England’s Hartpury College for the first time when the Gloucestershire school takes on EG Jansen on Thursday afternoon.
In Johannesburg, Paarl Boys face Selborne in the pick of the morning matches at the KES Easter Festival before the hosts take on Hudson Park.
The St John’s Festival gets underway in the afternoon, with Maritzburg College, Jeppe, Grey High and Hilton all joining the home school in action.
