Upset Springbok supporters have taken to social media and slammed the alternate jersey worn by the world champions in their opening win of the World Cup on Sunday.
The Boks kickstarted their title defence by unleashing the Bomb Squad to earn a 18-3 victory against Scotland in Marseille.
However, fans were not impressed by the kit donned by Siya Kolisi and his men at the Stade de Marseille, with some followers on X (formerly Twitter) even likening their attire to that of Checkers Sixty60 delivery workers.
Jacques Nienaber’s charges are expected to wear the Boks’ traditional green and gold jersey for their second Pool B clash against Romania in Bordeaux this Sunday.
The new springboks kit looks exactly like the checkers sixty 60 colour and all I’m saying is checkers has a great marketing tactic to put all of their drivers in this kit 👀😌
