Leigh Halfpenny will make his 100th Test appearance, while Taine Plumtree is in line for a debut for Wales in the World Cup warm-up against England in Cardiff on Saturday.
Halfpenny is named at fullback and is due to win his 100th Wales cap, having made his senior international debut on the wing against the Springboks on 8 November 2008 while a teenager.
Wales will be captained by rookie flank Jac Morgan, who will lead the team out for the first time in just his 10 Test appearance.

There are starting debuts for Keiron Assiratti (tighthead prop), Corey Domachowski (loosehead prop) and Max Llewellyn (centre), while Henry Thomas (tighthead prop) and Taine Plumtree (loose forward), named among the replacements, are also in line to make their senior Wales debuts.
Plumtree is the son of Sharks coach and former All Blacks assistant coach John Plumtree.
Kick off for Saturday’s match at the Principality Stadium is at 6.30pm (SA time).
