The cold front in Cape Town took its toll on Paul Roos’ Markotter field, which turned into a mudbath during the match against SACS on Saturday.
Paul Roos fought to claim a 26-7 win over SACS on Saturday at the Markotter field in Stellenbosch.

However, following a week of pouring rain in the Western Cape, the field quickly became a muddy mess, with both sides becoming indistinguishable.
The field will have three weeks to recover before it hosts the U16 Grant Khomo week from 26 to 30 June.
