In the only change to the starting pack from the side that went down to Munster in Cork, Jaco Kriel returns to the back row in the No 6 jersey as Ruan Venter has been ruled out of this weekend’s match.
Jordan Hendrikse has also been ruled out through injury and his place at flyhalf is taken by Gianni Lombard.
The final change to the starting lineup sees Andries Coetzee slot in at fullback, with Quan Horn shifting to the wing.
