Moala blow for All Blacks

Centre George Moala has been ruled out of the remainder of the All Blacks' end-of-year tour, with Seta Tamanivalu set to replace him in the squad.

Moala sustained torn tendon ligaments in his elbow in the first half of their Test against Ireland, but while he won't require surgery to repair the damage, the 26-year-old has returned to New Zealand.

Tamanivalu, who played for the Barbarians against the Springboks over the weekend, will fly from London to meet up with the squad in Rome, where the All Blacks next take on Italy.

Ryan Crotty also limped off with a hamstring strain against Ireland, but he will stay with the squad in the hope he may be fit in time for the last Test against France on 27 November.
