Sharks wing Lwazi Mvovo says his injury sustained during the 23-15 loss to Saracens is not as bad as first suspected.

Mvovo was carried from the field in a neck brace after a tackle on Saracens centre Michael Tagicakibau went wrong.

‘Bad knock to the head, nothing too serious,’ tweeted the winger, who has seven Springbok caps.

The Sharks next pre-season fixture is against the Lions at Ellis Park in Johannesburg on 7 February.
