A Sharks team featuring no fewer than 14 changes sees Sikhumbuzo Notshe lining up against former side Western Province in Cape Town on Saturday.
With a home semi-final already secured, Sharks coach Joey Mongalo has named almost an entirely new starting lineup that will take on Western Province in the final round of the Currie Cup.
The Sharks currently sit in first place, but will need to win at DHL Stadium, depending on what happens in the earlier game between the second-placed Cheetahs and Bulls, to clinch top spot and a potential home final.
Despite the number of changes, there are three Springboks in the starting lineup: flyhalf Curwin Bosch, centre Rohan Janse van Rensburg and No 8 Notshe.
The team will be captained by Phepsi Buthelezi, who is joined by Thembelani Bholi in the back row.
Loosehead prop Khwezi Mona is the only player to retain his place from the side that beat the Lions in Durban last week.
