    – La Rochelle ran in seven tries in their 62-3 demolition of Castres. Wing Dillyn Leyds dotted down once to get his name on the scoresheet. Castres had prop Dan Kotze, lock Ryno Pieterse and scrumhalf Rory Kockott in their starting lineup.

    – Pau outlasted Bordeaux 29-24 in an ill-disciplined match that produced four yellow cards and a red card. Lourens Adriaanse scrummed down in the front row for Pau, while lock Jandre Marais and hooker Joseph Dweba represented Bordeaux.

    – Cheslin Kolbe and Toulouse continued to set the pace at the top of the table, as they registered a commanding 36-16 bonus-point win over Brive. Kolbe also scored yet another try that keeps him top of the try-scoring charts with five so far this season. Brive, featuring flank Retief Marais and lock Peet Marais, could only manage to go over for one try and the loss dropped them down to seventh in the standings.

Cheslin Kolbe scored again for Toulouse this weekend.

    – Stade Français, with lock Gerbrandt Grobler and scrumhalf James Hall, put up a great fight but ultimately succumbed to a 41-27 defeat by Clermont. Stade are now in 10th position and Clermont rose to fourth.
