• Scots sneak past Canada

A controversial late penalty gave Scotland a narrow 19-17 victory over Canada on Saturday.

Leading 17-16 with five minutes to go the Canadians had a penalty overturned after a TMO decision and Greig Laidlaw helped Scotland make away with the win.

Canada finished the match with 14 men after flanker Jebb Sinclair saw red for leading with the elbow into a tackle.

Scotland will move on to Argentina for a one-off Test next week, before flying to South Africa to face the Springboks.
