Snyman was substituted after a heavy blow to the head in the second half of the match at Cape Town Stadium.
In a press statement, Munster confirmed that he will be unable to play against the Sharks as he follows return-to-play protocols.
The good news is that the Springbok lock is expected to be available for the Vodacom United Rugby Championship playoffs in May.
Snyman recently made his return to the field following 16 months on the sidelines recovering from a knee ligament injury.
