Bulls captain Pierre Spies posted a picture of himself on Twitter after undergoing surgery to his injured bicep.

Spies, who is expected to be out for up to six months, tweeted: 'So this is me after 6 hours and 2 operations. I feel like that pic against the wall! #mandown'
