Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is reportedly one of several Stormers backs cleared to feature against Sale Sharks in Cape Town next week.
The Stormers will resume their Champions Cup challenge when they face the English giants at Cape Town Stadium on Saturday, 13 January.
With one win against defending champions La Rochelle and one loss against Leicester Tigers, John Dobson’s charges currently sit in fourth place in Pool 4. The Capetonians face Stade Francais in Paris in their final group match, with the top four in each pool going through to the playoffs.

Dobson faces a backline reshuffle for the Sale clash after outside centre Ruhan Nel’s season-ending knee injury, and according to a report on Netwerk24, Feinberg-Mngomezulu, Warrick Gelant, and Ben Loader are set to return.
The potential arrival of Wandisile Simelane from the Vodacom Bulls adds intrigue but despite his attacking prowess, defensive concerns may delay his Stormers debut.
Gelant’s availability may shift Damian Willemse from fullback to No 12, with Dan du Plessis moving one spot over.
Dobson may also consider Jean-Luc du Plessis and Suleiman Hartzenberg in midfield. Right winger Loader’s fitness clearance could allow Hartzenberg to plug the gap at 13.
