The DHL Stormers are set to go into one of the busiest periods of the season without the services of Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu after the utility back suffered an injury.
Starting with Saturday’s Vodacom URC match against Zebre in Stellenbosch, the Stormers have a run of five matches in December, including the Champions Cup openers against Leicester Tigers (away) and defending champions La Rochelle (home) and derbies against the Sharks and Vodacom Bulls.
While the Stormers have welcomed back World Cup-winning gamedrivers Manie Libbok and Damian Willemse to training this week, that has been offset by the loss of Feinberg-Mngomezulu for the month.

According to Netwerk24, the 21-year-old was in a protective boot during a Western Province Rugby Union event in Newlands on Wednesday night and is expected to be out for up to four weeks.
He has started five of the Stormers’ opening six matches this season, scoring 50 points at inside centre.
With Feinberg-Mngomezulu out of action, John Dobson could be forced to field Willemse at inside centre on Saturday night, as Dan du Plessis is still recovering from the injury that kept him out of the four-week tour to Europe.
Midfield has been a troubled position for the Stormers this season, as Ruhan Nel was also injured in the early stages of the tour, which forced newly-signed wing Ben Loader to shift to outside centre.
