Wallabies dealt double blow

Joe Tomane and Laurie Weeks have been ruled out of the Wallabies' two Rugby Championship Tests against the All Blacks.

Both Tomane and Weeks have hamstring injuries and are expected to be sidelined for two to three weeks.

Wallabies coach Ewen McKenzie has already moved to replace them, calling up Waratahs prop Paddy Ryan and uncapped Melbourne Rebels wing Tom English to his squad.

The Wallabies get their Rugby Championship underway against the defending champion All Blacks in Sydney before heading across the Tasman for the return fixture in Auckland.
