On Heritage Day, players and administrators at the Sharks unveiled a special monument outside Kings Park which showcases and celebrates the team’s values of inclusivity and diversity.

On this Heritage Day, the Cell C Sharks are proud to unveil our Isivivane Legacy Wall. isivivane = a cairn, a mound of stones as a monument, made by travellers who added a stone out of respect for the past, for protection on their journey, and for good fortune in the future. The arrangement of stones on an Isivivane by our diverse group of players and administrators demonstrates a respect to those who have gone before us and a solidarity in our intertwined journeys and a motivating vision of the future.
