South Africa’s original champions didn’t stand a chance against the indomitable Boks of 2009, according to SARugbymag.co.za readers.

They downed Mallett’s Boks of ’98, battered the 2007 World Cup winners and stunned Rassie’s troops of 2019, but no victory was more comprehensive than their rout of the 1995 RWC winners.

Polled on which was the better side, readers didn’t hesitate to click for the 2009 Boks who sailed to victory with 81% of the vote.
