The Vodacom Bulls were delighted to announce that one of SA rugby’s most exciting outside backs has put pen to paper on a deal with the Pretoria outfit from next season.
Sebastian de Klerk will make Loftus Versfeld his new stomping ground from 2023-24, following two years with the Pumas in Nelspruit.
The Pumas’ maiden Currie Cup triumph was reflected in the 2022 SA Rugby Premier Division Player of the Year award, which was won by De Klerk, who scored eight tries from wing and outside centre as the Lowvelders won the title.

The 23-year-old made a permanent move to the Pumas from the Bulls in 2021 after a conversation with former age-group coach, now assistant coach, Nollis Marais.
He is the latest signing by the Bulls following the news that speedster Sergeal Petersen, utility back Jaco van der Walt and tighthead prop Khutha Mchunu will call Loftus home from July.
