The Vodacom Bulls showed their class and returned to form with a resounding victory against Griquas in the Currie Cup at Griqua Park on Saturday.
The visitors dominated proceedings, leading 19-3 at half time and going on to score six tries to secure a bonus-point 40-20 win in Kimberley.
Hooker Johan Grobbelaar was instrumental, scoring either side of the break for two tries in the match. Embrose Papier, Elrigh Louw, Marco Jansen van Vuren and Simphiwe Matanzima, too, crossed the whitewash.

Flyhalf Chris Smith also played a crucial role, kicking 10 points to help steer The Herd to an emphatic result.
The hosts added some respectability to the score with three tries of their own and the boot of No 10 Lubabalo Dobela, but they were no match for the dominant Bulls, and director of rugby Jake White will be pleased after a heavy defeat to the Sharks last week.
With Saturday’s win, the Bulls remain seventh on the log, although have closed the gap on the sixth-placed Griquas to one point after 10 rounds in the competition.
