Four SA-born Scotland internationals have been included in the starting XV, with captain Jamie Ritchie, for Saturday’s World Cup warm-up game against France.
Head coach Gregor Townsend made six changes to the run-on lineup which beat World Cup hosts and favourites France 25-21 at Murrayfield last weekend.
Flanker Ritchie had missed Scotland’s two previous Tests with a calf injury. Ali Price replaces Ben White, who suffered an ankle injury during the first half last Saturday, at scrumhalf.
Prop WP Nel earns a recall in place of Zander Fagerson, who is suspended after his red card in Scotland’s comeback win against Les Bleus. He starts in the front row with former Vodacom Bulls loosehead Pierre Schoeman.

In-form wing Darcy Graham has been rested for the clash in Saint-Etienne after scoring tries in back-to-back games, with Kyle Steyn stepping in.
Scotland are bidding for a third straight warm-up win ahead of the World Cup. Townsend’s charges face a daunting task to get out of Pool B at the global showpiece, having been drawn alongside top-ranked Ireland, defending champions South Africa, Tonga and Romania.
